Is this a one time thing? Or have you had multiple problems with sending emails to this client? Reading the reasons for return, it's possible that your IP address or domain name has a reputation for sending spam. Whether or not it's true is irrelevant, at least now. There's not a lot that can be done about that. However, if you are able to send an email withOUT an attachment, then there may be a problem with the attachment itself. Does it use any macros? Have you scanned the file to make sure there are no unintentional viruses (virii???) attached? Is there another email address you can use to send this client this file?
