my emails are rejected by msn and hotmail?

I had a one page WORD document attached. This is a NEW CLIENT and I am unable to reach her by hotmail!!!!!!!

I have filled in a little more on the listing agreement and added the option
for an electronic lockbox (to make it easily available to all agents in the
area). The lockbox is monitored so that I may contact anyone who has used
the devise and get their option, etc..

    Have you tried sending her an email without an attachment? Is this a one time thing? Or have you had multiple problems with sending emails to this client?

    Reading the reasons for return, it’s possible that your IP address or domain name has a reputation for sending spam. Whether or not it’s true is irrelevant, at least now. There’s not a lot that can be done about that. However, if you are able to send an email withOUT an attachment, then there may be a problem with the attachment itself. Does it use any macros? Have you scanned the file to make sure there are no unintentional viruses (virii???) attached?

    Is there another email address you can use to send this client this file?

    If you are still having problems with hotmail you have to tell yahoo because they did have a temp problem with users not able to send emails to hotmail but that is fixed
