Computer Network Monitoring?

I'm looking for a easy way to monitor a corporate network of around 200 users. I need to be able to set key words and when I user types that word it red flags it and sends a notice and logs the information. Can a proxy server do this? Thanks.

    I think Guidance Software EnCase Enterprise would cover this, although as far as i know its horrendously expensive, but considered to be the best for network monitoring – Guidance are well known for their forensic examination software, and the enterprise version is a more day to day implementation of their technology.
