Network monitoring software – what to use?
I would like to install a software tool that reports what application connects to internet, what is the port used, what is the IP address with which it connects, download / upload speed for each application, maybe even to limit bandwidth usage for some of them. Any suggestion what I should use? WinRoute is just to complicated for my limited knowledge to run.

What I'm looking for is some thing that I can download and install that will monitor all the traffic on a local area network. Some thing that will list all the IP Address and how much bandwidth they are using. PLEASE and one have any ideas.

I’m looking for some sort of network monitoring tool for business use. It’s going to be used at a corporate office with around 200 users.
